Dugda

Dugda is a very Beautiful place, I think so because I had spent soo much time in Dugda . I have been aware of the places in Dugda. There is a pahari mandir which is a nice place to visit, from the top of the hill we can see the places like Chandrapura, Bokaro, and the entire dugda.

Dugda is located at 23.75°N 86.17°E . It has an average elevation of 218 metres (715 feet).

Places in dugda:-

Khadeswari Temple - It is a very famous Temple for not only the peoples of Dugda but also for many other peoples from other places. This place is also known as Pahari Mandir as it is situated on the top of the Hill.

Hanuman Mandir - There is two Hanuman mandir situated in the town One of the temple is in middle of the market and other of them is in BCCL Colony, Both of the temple is very beautiful.

Milan Kendra - This is the marriage ceremony Hall for the peoples.

Shiv Mandir - Shiv Mandir Temple is very beautiful temple situated in Back side of the main market. It is the temple of Lord Shiva, Including Many other Gods.

Culture:-

Festivals like Dussehra, Diwali,Chhath Puja are many other festivals celebrated across the township.On the day of dasami a big statue(Ravan) is burnt here which signifies victory of good over bad and thousands of people gather to see this.
